In case you haven’t heard, I’m gonna be a daddy!!! Mini Mac will be here March 1, 2012. My father-in-law named him Mini Mac before we had a name picked out. He has a name. It just hasn’t been released yet. Abigail is playing a little game with everyone on her blog. She’s releasing 1 letter every few days. If you’re interested, head on over to Abigail’s blog.
The reason for this post is an item up for a vote on the Mississippi ballot this Tuesday. I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be voting YES on the Person-hood Amendment. I have read the proposed amendment. I have read Article III of the Mississippi Constitution (the article that this amendment wishes to clarify). I have also read the concerns that are being voiced. The bottom line is that Almighty God, our Creator, is the only authority on this matter. If He allows a child to be conceived, then it is His will for that child to be conceived. I thank God that He allowed Abigail and I to conceive. I’m so excited that most days I can’t stand myself. Abigail said she’s not too sure that she can either.
